Refund policy

Our return policy is 30 days from the order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, the restocking fee is 18% of the total. If it is over 45 days since you placed your order date returns are not accepted.

Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will be sent once the item has been returned and entered into our system.


All international orders returning product will be responsible for shipping costs. Only when the item is covered under warranty will you receive a refund for shipping charges.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Non Returnable Items

  • Software and Downloadable Products
  • Plastic Pellets, Colorant, Pigments
  • Extruder Nozzles
  • Refurbished Equipment
  • Used Fumex Filters
  • Poly-Temp Nickel Tape
  • Replacement Items - Parts that were provided to you free of charge

 

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund will not be paid to new accounts.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. Even though we process refunds quickly, it may take 7 to 10 days before your credit card company posts it to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@filabot.com

If a return is damaged while shipped in the original box, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you return items in other packaging, you take full responsibility for working with the shipping carrier.

You may not cancel your RMA past the shipment date! If for some reason you cancel the RMA you will be held responsible for all shipping charges

Our products ship from different warehouse locations, when you contact us for a return we will provide you with the correct return address for your specific products.
