Built to Push Harder Materials
200W Brushless Motor
More than double the 83W motor in the EX2. Higher torque means smoother runs, better handling of challenging low MFI materials, and less mechanical strain under continuous load.
Removable Screw
Tool-free screw removal simplifies cleaning, maintenance, and material changeovers. Swap screw types to match polymer demands without a full teardown.
Thermal Break System
Precisely arranged heaters and fans isolate individual barrel zones, eliminating heat creep. Feed zone stays cool — melt zone stays hot.
Redesigned Hopper
Features a logarithmic funnel profile engineered to prevent feedstock bridging and improve flow consistency — especially with powders and fine granules. Cleaner loading, fewer interruptions.
Speed Control
Adjustable 0–42 RPM drive lets you dial in the optimal speed per polymer. Run slower for tight diameter tolerances, push harder when your material allows.
