Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In some cases we will charge a restocking fee for returned items, the restocking fee is 15% of the total order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will be sent once the item has been returned.
All international orders returning product with RMA will be responsible for shipping costs. Only when item is covered under warranty will you receive refund for shipping charges.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. Even though we process refunds quickly, it may take some time before your credit card company posts it to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If a return is damaged while shipped in the original box, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you return items in other packaging, you take full responsibility for working with the shipping carrier.
*You may not cancel your RMA past the shipment date! If for some reason you cancel the RMA you will be held responsible for all shipping charges*
