This test can help to verify the flow rate or your material. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003ePellet Extruding Test - $1,200\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eWe test pellets provided by the customer to see if the plastic can be extruded using our Filabot extruder systems. We will provide documentation on the proper temperatures and set up procedures. The minimum amount of material needed for testing is a half gallon container accompanied by MSDS on the material. Customer mails the sample to our testing lab after placing an order.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eSolid Grinding Extruding Test - $1,500\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eThis is similar to the Pellet Extruding Test. This service should be selected when a customer has a solid piece of plastic, such as a plastic scrap. We will provide documentation on the proper temperatures and set up procedures. Minimum of a half gallon container of material necessary for testing, as well as MSDS on the material.
